Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of GlowSuite. By signing up or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Send unsolicited bulk email or SMS through the marketing module. Every recipient must have opted in.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer or resell the service in whole or part.

Subscriptions and payment

Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time from the billing portal — your access stays active until the end of the current period. Failed payments after the grace window may suspend access.

Your data

Your tenant data belongs to you. We are a processor. We will not access it except to provide support, fix bugs, or comply with law. See the Privacy Policy for details.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it up but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms with notice when feasible.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; we'll email subscribers about material changes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where {app} is operated, unless local consumer-protection law mandates otherwise.
